Arrest after cardiac surgery

Run the bedside of a patient who arrests in the ICU after heart surgery. The clock times every step against the protocol of STS 2017 and ERC 2025: up to three stacked shocks within a minute for witnessed VF, then reopening the chest; emergency pacing within a minute for asystole; reopening at once when compressions cannot lift the systolic above 60; and no 1 mg epinephrine. Habits from ordinary cardiac arrests (a single shock then compressions, 1 mg epinephrine) are marked wrong here.

Every stroke is one standard push: the app cannot judge depth, so the art line shows your rate and your pauses only.
